With our "Throne farm Medley" we assess the seasons fruit and aim to use our experience to blend an all round balanced, predominantly bittersweet juice.

Harry Masters Jersey apples make a classic British bittersweet cider with soft tannins and balanced astringency.

Harry Masters Jersey is grown in Banky field agroforestry, which features a huge Oak tree.

Our Dabinettt juices suits customers who want the consistency of a well rounded single variety, a Medium bittersweet it has a soft but full bodied tannin. These are grown in Little Harp orchard or Harp agroforestry

A touch of Bitter sharp Browns apples infuses a natural balance of acidity to the blend. Our Browns apples come from Fox field agroforestry.

Throughout we offer the reassurance that we only use top quality, clean "shake and catch harvested fruit".

In addition we mulch beneath the trees and apply balanced nutrition, whilst no chemical sprays have been used at all on the fruit this year.

Conveniently packaged in a new 220 ltr plastic drum which is strong enough to use as a fermentation vessel in combination with an airlock device

Apples are refrigerated or pressed immediately on site with our Amos belt press .
