Harry Masters Jersey apples make a classic British bittersweet cider with soft tannins and balanced astringency.

As well as being considered vintage quality, there is the reassurance that we only use top quality, clean "shake and catch harvested fruit".

Using a mulch beneath the trees and balanced nutrition, no chemical sprays have been used at all on the fruit this year.

These are grown in our agroforestry field called Banky which features a huge Oak tree which is my favourite on the farm.

Conveniently packaged in a rebottled IBC, which is strong enough to use as a fermentation vessel in combination with an airlock device

All fruit is refrigerated or pressed immediately on site with our Amos belt press .

Trade up to 1000 Litres for better value on collections or where you have a forklift to unload
