Natures circular economy at Throne Farm

We value the simplicity of honey bees visiting our fruit tree blossom to facililtate fruit development through pollination, whilst harvesting nectar to produce honey.

Natures symmetry allows for the recombination of fruir and honey from Throne farm to create products such as:-

Ciser:

A type of mead, specifically an apple mead, where apple juice (or cider) is used as the base instead of water. It’s essentially a combination of honey and apples, offering a unique flavor profile that blends the sweetness of honey with the tartness of apples. 

Honey apple cider vinegar:

A combination great for providing a health boost, particularly when you feel run down with a cold.
